Complaints Procedure

At Urbrix, we always aim to provide a high-quality service to all our clients. If something goes wrong, you need to tell us about it to help us improve and maintain our standards.

In the event you do wish to lodge a complaint, please contact us in writing at the following email address -Admin@urbrixltd.com. We will aim to respond to your complaint as soon as possible but they can take up to 14 days to be resolved.
